At Zoecunk, we are proud to ship our luxury handmade furniture to customers all over the world. Every piece is carefully packed so it arrives safely to your home. Here’s how shipping works:
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 30–50 business days.
For custom or made-to-order items, the crafting process may take a little longer (usually 4–9 weeks depending on the design). I’ll always keep you updated.
Delivery Time

Standard International Shipping: usually 30–50 business days depending on where you live.

Express Shipping (where available): 30–40 business days.

For large or special orders, I can also arrange white glove delivery (setup and packaging removal) in certain regions.
Please note that the delivery charge does not included in the furniture price, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs or local courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
For oversized or custom pieces, we may contact you directly with a personalized shipping quote.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your furniture on its journey to you.
Packaging
Every item is carefully protected before shipping. For delicate or high-value pieces, we use custom wooden crates to keep them safe during international transport.
Customs & Import Rules
Since I ship worldwide, some countries may require extra import duties or paperwork. Customers are responsible for checking local rules and making sure the products can be imported into their country.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please let me know within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll work with the shipping company to sort it out quickly.
